As a property manager and landlord, our President Mark Snyder brings over 30 years of landlord, property management and maintenance experience to our company. Mark is a “hands-on” property manager who focuses on the return on investment (ROI) that all property owners seek. When there's a problem, Mark personally assesses the issue and repairs most problems internally vs. calling expensive subcontractors. When a property is vacated, Mark understands, “time is money” and quickly determines what actions and repairs are needed to prepare the property for re-occupancy and executes those repairs promptly, effectively and at the lowest practical cost. When you hire Westminster Property Management, you hire Mark who treats every property like his own.
Mark has resided in Westminster for nearly four decades where he and his wife Terry raised their four daughters. Mark has been dedicated to many civic organizations and boards including a term as a Westminster City Councilman. His professional career includes State and Federal service as well as several successful entrepreneurial engagements, but Mark's real love always returns to homes and property repairs and maintenance. Mark learned many skills from his father who was a contractor. The knowledge he gained in real estate helped Mark to understand the property management and rental business from all perspectives. From property owner, to maintenance man, to re-modeler and property manager, Mark understands the many moving parts and financial activities associated with owning and managing a successful rental property. Perhaps the most important aspect of Mark's relationship with property owners and rentals alike is that there are no surprises. Mark is a communicator who is accessible, transparent and focused on, “doing the right thing” every day, in every situation.
